This section shows the relationship that arises between MSport (сompany, platform, bookmaker) and the user (client). Each client of the platform is obliged to read the current section of the terms and conditions before using the platform’s services. If the user does not agree with the current terms and conditions, he/she should stop using the platform’s services. By using any MSport services or being on the platform, the user automatically agrees to the current terms and conditions.

The user also agrees to read each update to the terms and conditions. If the user does not agree with the new changes, the user should stop using the platform services. If the user continues to use the MSport platform services after updating the terms and conditions section, the user is deemed to have accepted the changes.

MSport’s operations in Nigeria are governed by local laws, and only Nigerian citizens can access the platform. Users who are not Nigerian citizens are required to stop using MSport. If Nigerian citizens are in another country and cannot access the platform services, they must contact the support team to restore access.

User account

The MSport platform services can only be used by users who are 18 years of age or older. When creating an MSport account, each user confirms that he/she has reached the age of majority. The platform has the right to request age verification from the user without giving any reason. For the period while the user is undergoing the confirmation, the account will be restricted to withdrawals. In case the user fails to confirm his/her age or he/she does not meet the requirements, the user will be suspended from the game.

Each user from Nigeria can only have one account. If a user has created 2 or more accounts, the bookmaker has the right to block all of them. If the user already has an account that is suspended from the game, he/she is also not allowed to create another account.

All information provided by the user in the account must be true and correspond to the information on the documents provided by the user. MSport has the right to request proof of identity at any time so that the user can prove his/her age and identity.

If the user has not used the account for more than 6 months, the account will be frozen. However, upon returning to the platform, the user should contact customer support to restore access to the account.

When using MSport services, the user confirms that he/she will be the owner of the account. The user also confirms that all actions performed on his account are done by him. If the user notices that his/her account has been taken over by malicious persons, he/she should immediately contact the support team to restore access.

Deposit and Withdrawal

All funds are kept only in the account currency. All deposits are made only in the account currency; deposits in other currencies will be converted at the bank’s chosen rate by the platform. Withdrawals are also made only in the currency of the account.

The user has only one account where his funds are stored. This account is used only within the MSport platform. There is no accumulated interest applied to this account. The user can close the account independently at any time by contacting the support team.

All bets made by the user are displayed on their account. The user cannot place a bet for an amount that exceeds the account balance. If the user does not have funds on his account, he cannot participate in games.

Users can replenish their account using only available payment systems. All payment transactions must be within the specified limits. MSport will only charge the agreed deposit fees. If the user has not been notified on the platform about the commission fee, MSport does not charge a commission.

MSport users can withdraw funds only through available payment systems. The withdrawal amount cannot exceed the amount in the user’s account. Rules of use of the website

MSport liability

The bookmaker undertakes to be liable for the actions that he is obliged to perform for the customers according to the current terms and conditions. If the user suffers losses that do not violate the current rules, MSport is not liable.

MSport is not responsible for information that is posted on third-party resources and published by third-party sources. The platform is also not responsible for errors in advertising materials or other information.

The bookmaker is responsible for the storage and transfer of user data in accordance with applicable regulations. MSport is also responsible for the transparent execution of all payment transactions, displaying all commissions.

In case of disputes, the bookmaker undertakes to consider each case individually and make a fair decision.

The bookmaker is not liable for possible inability and/or delay in fulfilling its obligations under the applicable terms and conditions in the event that such a situation has arisen due to circumstances beyond the control of company. Disputes and feedback

Opening a dispute occurs when the interests of the platform and the client diverge and/or the outcome is not satisfactory for one or both parties.

In the event that the outcome of the dispute is not satisfactory to one or both parties, it will be referred to an independent arbitrator who will render a final verdict. Such a decision will be final and is not subject to further review.

The user can open a betting dispute only within 10 days of the bets being settled. After the expiration of this period, MSport has the right to refuse to open a dispute.
